New Functionality: Automatically Prepare Mortgage/Deed of Trust Releases for Commercial Transactions Along with Partial Releases
Recent enhancements to the system enable you to automatically prepare commercial and partial releases for additional time and cost savings. A “Master Record” which includes all key fields of data required for producing releases can be created either at the time of loan origination or when the loan is paid in full. With the addition of many new features, you can:
- Copy “Master Record” data to each partial release and eliminate the redundant data entry required when numerous partial releases are prepped for the same loan;
- Edit any data in the “Master Record” to make global changes;
- Associate multiple mortgages/deeds of trust under one loan number with the ability to produce partial or full releases for all;
- Release Additional Documents along with the basic release documents such as Releases of Assignments of Leases and Rents and Assignments;
- Create unlimited Additional Documents and let the system record fees based on the additional pages created;
- Record multiple transactions on the same release in accepting jurisdictions.
